BREEDLOVE’S KENNEL GUARANTEE

Thank you for choosing one of our puppies. We want to make this a stress-free
enjoyable experience for you and your new puppy. Please feel free to email or call me
with any questions or concerns that you might have. We will keep you informed and up
to date about your puppy as it grows until it is time for your puppy to go home.
This contract is written for the protection of both Breedlove’s Kennel and the buyer.
However, it is primarily written to protect the health and general well-being of the puppy.
Please be sure you are ready for the commitment and & financial Responsibility of a puppy prior to signing the guarantee

1. It will be up to Breedlove’s Kennel to decide when the puppy will be ready to go
   home. Usually at the age of 8-10 weeks, depending on weight and how easily the
   puppy weans from his/her mother. We will not, under no circumstances, let the
   puppy go home till he/she is ready.
2. The puppy will be checked one to two times by a licensed veterinarian and
   deemed in good health at the time of sale.
3. After the Buyer has the puppy in their possession all expenses incurred medical
   or otherwise are the responsibility of the Buyer, along with the shipping expenses
   and are never refunded.
4. Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3)
   business days of taking the puppy home and a copy of the exam sent to
   Breedlove’s Kennel within 5 days for this to be guaranteed to be valid. You may
   not use Banfield Pet Hospital or veterinarians associated with them as any, and
   all claims will be denied.
5. If within 72 hours, a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit
   for sale, Breedlove’s Kennel Must be notified the same day. Copies of the test
   results, vet reports and diagnosis must be supplied to Breedlove’s Kennel within
   48 hours. After Breedlove’s Kennel Veterinarian confirms the diagnosis, the
   puppy may be returned within 5 days for a full refund, excluding shipping cost.
6. Due to the shipping and changing environments being incredibly stressful on the
   puppy this guarantee DOES NOT INCLUDE the following: Hypoglycemia,
   Cold/upper respiratory infections, Coccidia, Giardia and other minor illnesses.
7. Breedlove’s Kennel will disclose any known illnesses or health issues prior to
   sale. Buyers will have the option to accept the puppy receive a refund of deposit
   or pick another puppy.
8. Breedlove’s Kennel cannot assume any responsibility for the puppy once leaving
   the premises for any medical expense, death, allergies, training difficulties,
   behavior issues, etc.,
9. Guarantee is void if Buyer fails to provide puppy with timely inoculations or fails
   to have puppy spayed/neutered by 6 months of age. This puppy is sold strictly as
   a QUALITY COMPANION PET.
10. Keep all Vet records in a file, if a health issue arises Breedlove’s Kennel will need
    them. If these documents are not available to Breedlove’s Kennel, the guarantee
    will be null & void.
11. Your new puppy is also guaranteed up to, and no more than, (1) year from
    purchased date against life threating genetic defect, Breedlove’s Kennel must be
    notified the same day and proper documentation, i.e., test results, diagnosis, etc.,
    provided to Breedlove’s Kennel within 5 days. Once this is received and
    confirmed by our veterinarian, the Buyer will have the option to bring the puppy
    back for full reimbursement. If the Buyer decides to keep the puppy it will be at
    the discretion of Breedlove’s Kennel if reimbursement will be made in part or in
    full. At no time will reimbursement exceed the price of the puppy. Genetic DNA
    test results are not covered in this guarantee. Shipping is never refunded.
    Breedlove’s Kennel is not responsible for any veterinarian bills you incur with
    your new puppy.
12. Federal & USDA and the State of Missouri Rules & Regulations govern all
    warranties and guarantees. All sales are considered initiated, transacted, and
    finalized in Pulaski County, Missouri. All puppies will be examined by a licensed
    Veterinarian prior to delivery. After the Buyer has the puppy in their possession all
    expenses incurred medical or otherwise are the responsibility of the Buyer, along
    with the shipping expenses are never refunded.
    By signing below, you, the Buyer, have read, understand, and agree to all terms
    and conditions outlined in Breedlove’s Kennel Guarantee.
